Do I need a ticket or reservation to attend?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance. General Admission tickets include entry only and do not guarantee reserved seating. Table reservations include entry for the selected number of guests plus reserved seating.

What does my ticket or reservation include?

It depends on the option you choose. Your booking may include General Admission entry, reserved seating or table placement, VIP access, bottle minimum details, drink specials, or special experiences. Please review the selected option before checkout so you know exactly what is included.

What’s the difference between booking ahead and just showing up?

Booking ahead secures your spot for the event. Walk-ins may be accepted if space is available, but entry and seating are not guaranteed. For the best experience, we recommend booking before the event.

Does General Admission include seating?

No. General Admission includes entry only and does not guarantee reserved seating. If you want guaranteed seating for your group, please select a table reservation.

Does my table reservation include entry?

Yes. If the option says “Includes Entry,” then entry is included for the number of guests listed in that option.

Do VIP tables require a bottle?

Some VIP table options require a bottle minimum. If a bottle minimum is required, it will be listed in the ticket or table option before checkout.

Do I still have to pay at the door if I booked online?

If you purchased a ticket or table reservation that includes entry, you do not pay a separate door fee for that event. Food, drinks, bottles, upgrades, and add-ons are separate unless specifically included in your selected option.

Can I choose my table or seating?

Seating is assigned based on the option purchased, party size, arrival time, and availability. VIP and table reservations receive priority placement over General Admission.

What happens if I’m late?

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may risk losing preferred seating, table placement, or special experience access depending on the event and venue capacity.

Can I make a reservation for a large group?

Yes. We offer group reservations, table packages, VIP options, and celebration packages depending on the event. For larger groups, we recommend scheduling a quick call with our team before booking so we can help you choose the best option for your group.

Are tickets refundable?

All sales are final unless otherwise stated for a specific event. Please review the event details, date, and selected option carefully before booking.

What’s the dress code?

Dress to impress. Each event may have its own vibe, but we recommend stylish, clean, and confident looks. Some venues may enforce their own dress code.

Do you offer birthday or special occasion packages?

Yes. We offer birthday, celebration, group, VIP, and table options depending on the event. If you’re planning something special, schedule a quick call with our team so we can help you create the best experience.

How will I receive confirmation for my booking?

You’ll receive a confirmation by email and/or text after booking. Please make sure your contact information is entered correctly at checkout.

How do I reserve my spot?
